Readers’ Workout 10/08/13

Feeling much better, but still going back and forth between bursts of energy and then fizzling out and feeling like I don’t have the energy to lift my arm. This morning I woke up coughing and sneezing again but it stopped so…yea!

Sunday: Free Day~Just Walking
Monday: Strength Training
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Qi-Gong, Yoga or Pilates
Thursday: Strength Training
Friday: Cardio
Saturday: Qi-Gong, Yoga or Pilates

Daily 
stretching
deep breathing
drink lots of water

Eat meatless  a few times a week
